 RELEASE AND WAIVER

 

    I understand that participation in riding instruction and related activities is a high risk undertaking and that I am voluntarily participating in riding instruction and boarding and grooming my horse at my own risk. I further realize that my horse and other property on the premises of THORNFIELD are subject to injury, loss, theft, and disappearance while in the care and custody of THORNFIELD. In consideration of being permitted to board my horse at THORNFIELD, I hereby release and forever discharge THORNFIELD, Julianne Neal, Bruce Anderson, Stacy Hunt,  all employees and/or business partners, heirs, administrators and executors of and from any and every claim, demand, action or right of action, of whatever kind or nature, arising from or to result of either boarding, training or transporting my horse or participating in riding instruction.

 

     I further release THORNFIELD, Julianne Neal, Bruce Anderson, Stacy Hunt and all employees from any claim whatsoever on account of first aid or other medical assistance rendered me or my horse during participation in training or riding instruction or in the course of boarding my horse.

 

     I further state that I have carefully read the foregoing release and waiver, know the contents thereof, agree thereto, and sign this waiver and release of my own free act.

Boarding

THORNFIELD offers stall board, pasture board and lay up facilities for short periods of time. Full stall board includes daily turn-out, grain, hay and fresh water. Pasture board includes grain and fresh water with hay provided on an as-needed basis during the winter months for a supplemental fee. Call for rates and for more information.
